Capt. Carter Howell began his Real Estate career when he was first licensed in 1982 as a Colorado Real Estate Broker. Carter joined the Mark Fritschle group in 2005 after Real Estate sales and marketing of residential vacation homes with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage here in Ocean City and Bethany Beach Delaware. While at Coldwell Banker and the Mark Fritschle Group, Carter has received several top producer awards including the prestigious International Presidents Club Award and Awards for Excellence.

Carter was born and raised in Minneapolis, MN where he graduated from the University of Minnesota. After graduation he moved to the ski resorts of Colorado where his career of over 35 years in Resort Management, Hospitality, Development and Real Estate flourished. Carter continued his successful Resort management career in the Florida Keys and moved to Ocean City in 2000 to Manage, market and develop properties in Bethany Beach, Delaware.

Carter resides in North Ocean City with his wife Robin and their two golden retrievers, all of whom share a love of the water. Courtney Richardson joins the Fritschle Group after working with a top producing agent at another local brokerage. Valuable experience from this venture, combined with extensive knowledge of Ocean City and neighboring communities enables her to assist buyers in selecting the perfect property. A lifelong resident of Ocean City, Courtney continues a family tradition. Her grandfather was a successful real estate investor and her father is a local real estate broker.

Courtney is a graduate of Worcester Preparatory School in Berlin, MD, attended Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from Salisbury University where she graduated with honors. Jordan Farrell is young, knowledgeable, and connected. After graduating from the Perdue School of Business with a degree in Marketing, Jordan made his way into real estate sales. Linda Borror has lived in the Ocean City area for 29 years. A native of Silver Spring, Maryland, she fell in love with the beach and coastal lifestyle at an early age & moved here after attending the University of Maryland/College Park. Sheri Smith has lived in the Ocean City area her whole life. She grew up in Snow Hill and graduated from Snow Hill High School in 1987. After spending 13 years in the corporate world, Sheri decided to pursue a career in real estate.

Sheri concentrates in the new construction second home market. She actively works in resales, but has gained a working knowledge of the building process and new condo sales. Kevin Sasada comes to the Mark Fritschle Group after having five years in the new home sales experience. Kevin is a Sussex County native, where he currently resides. He has many connections both in Sussex County and in Ocean City. One is his father, who is the vice president of a local construction company in Fenwick Island, DE for over thirty years. Troy Doyle joins The Mark Fritschle Group after spending the past five years working with Coldwell Banker. Troy primarily concentrates on selling new construction at the beach, but has extensive knowledge of the entire lower Eastern Shore. As a native of the Eastern Shore, Troy lives in Quantico with his wife Lisa and their black lab, Chloe.

Troy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Salisbury University, where he also lettered in soccer for four years. Upon graduation, he founded the Salisbury University Women's Fastpitch Program that developed into a national contending team and remains a national power today.

Andrea has joined the Mark Fritschle Group after several years of working for another real estate company in Ocean City. She is a licensed REALTOR in Maryland and Delaware. Both she and her husband are University of Maryland graduates and Terrapin Club members.

She has always loved the beach, particularly Ocean City. She grew-up visiting Ocean City as a child on family vacations, as a college student living and working at the beach, as an investor in beach properties and as a homeowner at the beach.

Prior to becoming a REALTOR, Andrea was a former forensic accountant working around the D.C. area and her husband is a CPA. She brings with her great attention to detail and terrific listening skills. She is personable, has high integrity and is creative.
